Adding an NPS survey to a dashboard – no code required
Net Promoter Score (NPS) is one of the most used tools for startups who want to gauge customer satisfaction. Not only does it help you understand where to improve (and what to fix), but a good NPS score almost always correlates with high organic growth. Some companies take this concept even further and apply the same key concepts to measure employee satisfaction.
We’ll teach you how to add a GetFeedback NPS survey an app to quickly collect data from your user base.

2 Steps to Add an NPS survey to a dashboard
1. Create an embeddable HTML code for your survey.
Go to GetFeedback and select the survey you wish to embed. Then, click on “Distribute”on the left menu. Next, click on “Website”, then “Web Embed”. Finally, customize the widget and click on “Export”. This will generate a code snippet. You can even preview the survey to see how it will look like in your app.
2. Create an app to see the survey.
Create an app in Jestor and name it “NPS App”. We’ll build one component in this app: an embedded component that shows our map.
- Embedded: click on the + icon, then Embedded. Name it “NPS”, then paste the code you got in step one.
Resize the component to your liking and save.
And there you have it! You’ll now have a good-looking Net Promoter Score right from the app, and all the information your users submit will be automatically sent to GetFeedback, where you can go over the data for cool insights.
