Launching Forms 5.0: customize button colors, change field labels, and add descriptions, spaces, and sections. 

– Add spaces and sections to organize your questions and make it more friendly for the end-user.
– Create new labels for each field. Ex: instead of “Name” change to “What’s your name?”.
– Select a custom color and text for your submit button. Ex: use red for the cancelation form.
